Job Overview
Ensuring and optimizing the uninterrupted functionality of the technical infrastructure required to safeguard production and the site.
- Disciplinary management of the assigned employees
- Maintenance management of operating facilities, buildings and land, including planning, implementation and monitoring of measures and reporting
- Responsible for implementing corporate and occupational safety, environmental protection and energy management measures and coordinating with authorities and consultants
- Responsibility for the continuous optimization of processes and improvement of the technical infrastructure with regard to cost reduction and personnel efficiency
- Ensuring the provision of services by external service providers and cleaning processes for buildings and property areas
- Further development of maintenance for predictive maintenance
- Defining external services and trades for maintenance, repairs and conversions at the site
- Responsible for planning, carrying out, documenting and monitoring the maintenance of production equipment, including ensuring the availability of system spare parts in compliance with all relevant regulations and laws
- Determining necessary investments and requirements as well as carrying out the entire cost accounting/price calculation
- Organizing the documentation, analysis and overview/reporting of maintenance events (corrective maintenance, preventive maintenance, spare parts expenditure, automation technology, etc.) in the maintenance area/activities
- Blocking and release of production equipment/systems
What your background should look like:
- Completed studies in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or comparable
- At least 8 years of specialist professional experience (maintenance)
- Disciplinary management experience
- Good knowledge of German and English language
