Role Responsibility As a Payroll Specialist (specialist for payroll accounting) these interesting tasks await you: Preparation of the fee-relevant data Responsible for preparing the payroll in a timely and appropriate manner Maintenance of client, employee master, and transaction data; Carrying out accounting tasks (e.g. certification/registration) as well as correspondence with authorities and offices Communication with health insurance companies/authorities; Creation of analyzes & statistics Contact person for questions relating to tax and social security law project work Successful Candidate Are you the person we are looking for? Read below what experience and knowledge you need to have: Completed commercial training Work experience in payroll accounting Experience with shift schedules and surcharges Good knowledge of social security and income tax law Experienced handling of MS Office, especially Excel Experiences with the Datev-Lodas billing system Conscientious, independent work High sense of responsibility; teamwork Proficient in German and English
