Responsibilities:
* Develop strategies for existing and new product portfolios, including market analysis to identify opportunities for innovation.
* Analyze market trends and customer needs to inform pricing strategies and target markets.
* Coordinate between global, regional, and local organizations, as well as departments like R&D, Marketing and Sales.
* Create global commercialization plans to support market success and sales growth.
* Manage the product management budget and track KPIs to measure success.
* Collaborate with local teams to gather feedback and assist with technical inquiries.
* Ensure compliance with global and regional regulations in product development.
* Present product performance to senior management with strategic recommendations for the future.
Qualifications:
* Business qualification or MBA preferred; technical, optical, or scientific qualifications are advantageous.
* Well founded product management experience, ideally in the eye care sector, along with project management, consulting, or business development competencies.
* Strong strategic thinking and market analysis expertise to develop product strategies aligned with market trends and organizational goals.
* Excellent interpersonal and project management skills to facilitate collaboration across departments and manage the product lifecycle effectively.
* Understanding of commercialization processes, budget management, and KPI tracking, with a consumer-centric mindset to address consumer needs.
* Ability to thrive in dynamic environments, strong relationship-building skills, effective facilitation and presentation abilities.
* Proficiency in English, with additional languages as a plus.
