** Must have experience with SCM Modules on D365 F&O**
Responsibilities
* Transform business requirements into a straightforward and technical model, and match processes to application requirements
* Configure processes in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (F&O) to make sure the system works the way your client needs it to
* Work with the technical team to support the clients’ needs
* Run workshops with your clients, consultants and client leaders to analyze and design solutions for any application, and handle gaps detected during prototyping
* Document settings and prepare your clients to use the system
* Support testing the proposed system and end user training
* Excellent stakeholder and people management including progress, changes, risk and problem updates throughout the duration of the project.
* Provide support, training, and coaching to team members
Skills And Experience
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Information Systems, Computer Science, Project Management or equivalent demonstrated skills and abilities required
* Experience managing/leading teams
* Experience implementing D365 F&O and an extensive understanding of how Microsoft D365 F&O works
* Experience with D365 F&O SCM modules
* A critical thinker / problem solver with the ability to understand complex business processes, consider all relevant factors, and use appropriate decision-making criteria and principles to be able to come to a solution, and once solution is determined, able to determine scope of project
* Ability to make sound decisions, even in the absence of complete information, and can articulate, and if necessary, defend, the reason for the decision
* Possess excellent interpersonal skills, providing timely and helpful information to others across the organization, encouraging open expression of diverse ideas and opinions
