For our Global Compensation & Benefits Services team, we are looking for a new team colleague, who contributes to design a compelling Compensation & Benefits offer based on our business goals and strategy that matches our work and organizational culture. In this role, you are responsible for:
* designing a compelling total offer based on business goals and strategy with a consistent compensation guideline that matches our work and organizational culture.
* supporting on all compensation & benefits topics for specific country/countries.
* contributing to market benchmark process at all stages: data delivery to external providers, development of market reference lines, supporting business in decision on reward packages, scouting of market trends.
* contributing to standard compensation & benefit related processes like salary increase, salary changes and bonus payout in area of responsibility by ensuring proper and accurate end to end progress at every stage including communication as well as periodic audits, prepare and present reports on pay equity.
* providing services on insurable employee benefits on daily basis for the BASF group companies on all topics related to company social benefits.
* optimization of insurance coverage through the management of our selected insurance partners and our international insurance pools.
* supporting local country HR organization on local insurance provider selection and designing the insurance coverage up to the BASF governance framework.
* university degree in relevant fields, ideally having master''s degree in human resources, business administration, organizational development, etc.
* experience in HR, ideally on compensation and benefits processes and/or payroll preferably in EMEA region
* experience working on compensation principles up to difference service providers such as WTW, Korn Ferry, Mercer, etc. on a regional scope
* strong analytical skills and, at best, experience with quantitative data management and presentation especially with MS Office skills (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint)
* entrepreneurial behavior with a high degree of creative freedom, responsibility, and ownership
* excellent presentation and communication skills in German and English
1. Gross annual salary (full time): 40.000 46.000, depending on qualifications and professional experience. In addition, you can expect a bonus dependent on the company''s success as well as individua
