We are partnering with an international pharmaceutical manufacturing company that is seeking for an experienced HR professional to lead HR in the DACH region from their Düsseldorf office. The Senior HR Manager will be responsible for approximately 350-400 employees in the region.
Responsibilities
1. Develop strategic and operational HR processes in the region.
2. Lead the relationship with the different works councils of the company in Germany and negotiate agreements.
3. Support recruitment and onboarding processes from a strategic and operative perspective whenever needed.
4. Provide advice to the management team on all HR and employment law matters.
5. Oversee three sites in the region with over 350 employees.
Profile
6. Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, with a strong knowledge of German Labour Law.
7. Several years of experience in a HR-Management or HR Business Partner role; ideally with background in manufacturing, pharma, or chemical company.
8. Solid labour law knowledge
9. Experience managing relations with works council in Germany
10. Excellent communication skills in German and English.
