Description: Job Title: German Sales and Customer Service Coordinator (m/w/d) Location Base: Dusseldorf, Hannover, Nürnberg OR Frankfurt OR Stuttgart, Germany Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent Salary: €35,000 - €45,000 On Target Earnings As a Sales and Customer Service Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in fostering positive relationships with our valued property owners, while also preparing proposals, negotiating contract renewals and executing presentation packages with 100% accuracy. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing client inquiries, providing proactive communication, and implementing effective solutions to meet their unique needs. Requirements: Manage key accounts and provide a high level of customer care, anticipating clients’ needs by delving deep and renewing contracts. Developing strong internal and external relationships with customers & coming up with innovative ways to continually enhance the customers’ experience. A track record in meeting and exceeding targets and ensures working in a fast-paced environment. Participate in weekly & monthly meetings. Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve client issues, ensuring a smooth and efficient resolution process. Offer: Experience working in a sales & customer service environment and comfortable dealing with clients on a daily basis. Fluent German & English Valid driver's license is required. Strong attention to detail and the ability to spot potential issues or improvements on construction sites. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong communication skills for effective interaction with landlords, owners, and construction partners. Flexibility to travel to various project sites within your allocated region. Previous experience in construction or site validation is a plus but not mandatory.
