Oversee the milling and flour analysis department, aligning activities with R&D and company goals Conduct grain and flour analyses and provide recommendations for flour improvers Serve as the expert contact for clients on grain milling technology and flour quality issues Design and perform milling trials tailored to client needs Develop new flour treatment formulations using various ingredients Write clear and concise reports and presentations Review scientific literature to propose solutions Present findings to sales, business development, and at conferences Provide technical support to customers, with or without a sales rep Collaborate with the sales team on customer projects
