Job Description Coaching Holistic implementation of our coaching philosophy: Athlete centered - Coach driven - Performance oriented Management, support and supervision of the coaching team and overall responsibility for the entire coaching staff Preparation of comprehensive reports with detailed information on the development and potential of our riders Ensuring smooth cooperation between coaches and other stakeholders in the planning of individual race calendars Close cooperation and exchange with sports directors in order to obtain an objective view of training and competition performance and to be able to operate effective performance expectation management Training Camps Accompanying and monitoring the implementation of our training strategy on site Evaluating and deciding on locations for training camps Sports Science Initiation of performance-oriented R&D to generate outstanding data-driven insights for top performance in sport Development of innovative ideas for development potential within the entire sports sector Budget responsibility for the entire Coaching & Sports Science division Qualifications Extensive experience in the areas of sports management, coaching and data analysis as well as in the management and implementation of science-driven initiatives International experience in professional sports, ideally in cycling or endurance sports Leadership experience as well as confident management of diverse teams and professional development of team members Very good command of written and spoken English that meets the needs of day-to-day communication as well as high-level scientific discourses Willingness to improve your ideally already existing knowledge of German Additional Information Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is €2.603,59 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
