Your mission
* You’ll be trained to take on the responsibility for packaging & graphical paper grades for a defined existing customer portfolio in Russian-speaking CIS countries (excluding Russia and Belarus).
* You act as a sincere middleman between our suppliers, customers, and business partners.
* You negotiate and conclude purchase and sales contracts with our suppliers and customers.
* You seize new sourcing opportunities and acquire new customers.
* You develop new and maintain existing business relations through frequent business trips to our customers and suppliers.
* You attend important trade shows in order to broaden your scope of possibilities.
Your profile
* You have some years of experience in international paper or other physical commodity trading, but we are willing to give sales talents a chance.
* You are persistent in following up opportunities and love to conclude business.
* You have a degree in Business Administration or a comparable commercial education.
* You speak and write excellent English and Russian.
* You enjoy working in the CIS & Central Asian markets and understand and appreciate the mentality and culture of the respective countries.
* You have pronounced communication capabilities and are good at building relationships.
* You are a team player who is prepared to assume responsibility.
* You like to travel to meet customers and suppliers on a regular basis.
* You enjoy the spirit of working in a multi-national team.
