Barco is seeking an experienced, innovative, and results driven Channel Marketing Manager to design and execute marketing initiatives with our Resellers in DACH & CEE that will drive growth through the channel.
Key Responsibilities
1. Partner with Barco sales leaders, channel team, and marketing team to create a channel marketing strategy aligned with regional sales priorities
2. Work with Resellers to maximize the leverage of the MDF program by aligning plans and activities with Barco’s channel growth strategy
3. Lead and manage Reseller MDF budget and proposals: review of activities, support to plans’ implementation, proof of performance and claims
4. Develop ways to measure, analyze, and report on channel marketing activities to drive improvement in programs and ROI.
5. Partner with Channel Account Managers to plan and execute channel activities
6. Work with Barco across the organization to translate campaigns, programs and product launches into channel marketing plans and actions
7. Create marketing kits, tools, and resources to enable marketing of the Barco portfolio through the channel
8. Work with channel partners and sales to understand the value proposition of Barco solutions and how they’re differentiated from other providers
9. Manage partner communication strategy and execution to keep the channel informed, enabled and engaged
Your profile
10. Bachelor’s degree required
11. Master’s degree / MBA desired
12. Minimum 1 years of channel marketing experience in the AV or IT industry
13. Able to work well independently and in a team environment, and interact with individuals at all levels in the organization
14. Ability to bring together key stakeholders to work together collaboratively in executing marketing activities
15. Marketing strategy, planning, and execution
16. Analytical and strategic skills in a strive to grow channel revenue and marketing database
17. Project management
18. Some graphic design and copywriting skills a plus
19. Fluently speak and write English and German – extra languages are a plus
20. You are willing to travel up to 50% of your time
