Ihre Aufgaben
- Planning and management of IT financials and IT budget of the Global IT organization (across all regions, units & IT functions), including implementation of required governance & processes, the definition of cost / charging models, setting and negotiating targets, and ensuring adequate funding (in collaboration with Finance)
- Collaborate with Finance and IT functions in the design and implementation of best practice IT financial regular reports, and provide them to IT management and other key stakeholders
- Lead and manage the monthly, quarterly, annual financial closing processes from IT side
- Manage the functional cost center forecasting process and submissions (with global and regional components)
- Investigate, analyze, and prepare recommendations for appropriate cost management actions, including involving relevant stakeholders.
- Oversee IT cost saving initiatives and track process
- Establish a structure to monitor and analyze financial performance of the global IT organization (including all regions, units & IT functions), e.g. guidelines, processes, and procedures to be adhered to by all relevant teams.
- Lead, motivate, develop, and appraise team members so that their individual and collective performance is of the required standard and meets the current and future needs of the business.
Ihre Qualifikationen
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Analytics or in other related field.
- Minimum 7 years specialized experience in finance
- Minimum 5 years experience working in/with IT, focused on financial management, cost management, or related areas.
- Progressive experience in a multi-national, multi-divisional technology environment with demonstrated experience in planning, forecasting, modeling, analysis and reporting
- Experience with financial management tools
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role, part of it in global companies
- Experience in successfully managing a team across multiple geographies, including goal setting, work reviews, performance reviews and day-to-day coaching.
