Design and facilitate leadership workshops, interactions on topics relevant for AVIV transformation, scaling and business goals Build programs and interventions to help leaders navigate organizational changes, cultural shifts, and aligning teams with new goals. Integrate inclusive leadership practices that support diverse teams Continuously audit and improve current leadership development practices, aligning them with the organization’s cultural pillars and company objectives. Oversee internal and external coaching services, ensuring high-quality development support across the organization. Build and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams, senior leaders, and executives to drive leadership development, learning and culture initiatives. Manage budgets and resources effectively to optimize the delivery of leadership and culture development initiatives. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in leadership development, organizational development & learning, to bring innovative ideas to enhance internal programs. In the long run, you can expect to design and implement 360-degree feedback, succession planning, behavioral assessments and other development programs and processes to support leadership growth and organizational improvement.
