During the program, you will rotate through various departments and take on projects independently. We will assign a Senior Manager as your mentor to guide and support your development. From day one, you will also be part of BI DISCOVER, our cross-functional trainee community. Along with your fellow trainees you will participate in training sessions (such as negotiation and change management), leadership talks, and much more. What We Are Looking For: - Interest in a future leadership position and specific preparation for it - Excellent master's or Diploma degree, preferably with a PhD and/or initial professional experience - Fields of study: Biology, (Bio-)Chemistry, (Bio-)Pharmacy, (Bio-)Informatics, Biotechnology, Medicine, Business Studies with a focus on Supply Chain Management, Logistics or Data Science, Industrial Engineering or comparable Natural/Engineering Sciences - Above-average academic achievements - Ideally international experience, preferably through a stay abroad for several months - Team-player and networker with interpersonal and communication skills - Strong team and communication skills, resilience, and a certain drive to make things happen - Analytical mind-set, curiosity and a strong drive with the ability to take ownership of assignments - Excellent English skills; German skills are not a must, but the willingness to learn should be present - Flexible for a Trainee programme either in Ingelheim or in Biberach and curious to get insights in another location abroad Ready to contact us?
