Purpose
Provide all necessary support to the relevant Departments (e.g. Sports Marketing, Product, Communication, PR, Wholesale/Retail) but also adidas subsidiaries and regions in order to execute the contractual rights and obligations, granted by Federations/Clubs/Athletes
Develop and implement new concepts and ensure asset activation within Federations/Clubs/Athletes context as well as support the Federations/Clubs/Athletes -project implementation
Be the contact point and administrative lead within the GSMF team, incl. recruitment process and management of intern & temporary staff
Key Accountabilities
* Provide support in defining a promotional product strategy for Federations/Clubs/Athletes in cooperation with respective BU Teams
* Report success/concerns to BU for future improvements
* Be a contact point regarding Federations/Clubs/Athletes related issues for all service- and interlinked departments in cooperation with the Senior Manager
* Work in close cooperation with key departments (e.g. PRS, Product, SMSU, CtC Team, Global Communications, PR)
* Coordinate the entire Federations/Clubs/Athletes project and handle the forecast, ordering, delivery etc. for all Federations/Clubs/Athletes events
* Equipment management
* Coordinate the overall kit/product approval process with the Federations/Clubs/Athletes Competitions Department according to Federations/Clubs/Athletes equipment regulations
* Coordinate the overall licensed product and Event related communication approval process
* Define and execute annual Federations/Clubs/Athletes Activation Plan (incl. e.g. a licensed product strategy, retail implementation, global brand communications concept and B2B) considering the mid and long term adidas Brand Vision
* Ensure the communication and activation of Federations/Clubs/Athletes Events related rights and obligations within the adidas global organization and towards the respective host markets (incl. guidance and support)
* Assist the Global Sports Marketing Global function in all administrative tasks
* Be a contact point regarding Federations/Clubs/Athletes Sponsor family (Coke, McDonalds…)
* Represent the adidas brand and the respective Sports Marketing category mainly at Federations/Clubs/Athletes events
* Act and support as a sweeper for any event projects and equipment requests from Federations/Clubs/Athletes

Qualifications
1. University degree preferably in Marketing & Business Administration or Sport Management
2. 3-4 years’ work experience
3. Knowledge of the respective Sports Marketing category and active interest in the respective Sport
