PURPOSE & OVERALL RELEVANCE FOR THE ORGANIZATION
This role is responsible for maximising the sales, profitability, and brand equity of the European Concept & Franchise Stores by providing the teams with the right business systems, process, and pricing support.
Responsibilities include managing and executing strategic projects like Trans4rm and support Concept store and Franchise merchandising teams with some key operational processes like master data, pricing, allocation and replenishment, reporting etc.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Work with Senior Manager Business Systems & Process in shaping the Europe Merchandising strategy for Concept Stores & Franchise in line with Europe objectives.
• Drive implementation of key strategic projects that impact planning, buying, allocation and pricing across DTC (e.g. Trans4rm Project)
• Actively participate in all new system testing roll outs (e.g. Trans4rm) on behalf of the merchandising teams for Concept stores and Franchise.
• Be the key interface to the IT teams on behalf of the Concept store and Franchise merchandising teams to drive enhancements
• Provide active support to end users of all systems being used by the merchandising teams in Retail and Franchise and follow up on the resolution with IT teams
• Implement the business systems into the merchandising teams seamlessly and train all merchandisers on the new tools.
• Drive master data accuracy and maintenance across all systems
• Manage the pricing of articles and key promotional events such as MSS and EOSS.
• Support the concept store and franchise teams with operational activities related to ordering, replenishment etc. in SAP AFS, PGR and S4
• Support the concept store and franchise teams with operational activities related to reporting etc.
• Other duties as requested by your manager.

REQUISITE EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE / MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• University degree, ideally in business with marketing and sales focus, or equivalent professional experience / MBA a plus
• 3+ years of progressive experience working in Merchandising & Supply Chain in Retail Industry vertical preferable in sporting goods
• Expertise in SAP Retail/AFS/S4, Planning and Allocation systems, SAP Sales & Distribution, Master data management, IT Project Management
• Retail knowledge/retail background/understanding of retail operations required
• Experience with tools like MS Access, Power BI, SQL would be a plus
• Experienced in working with internal stakeholders and external agencies to establish efficient and scalable processes.
