Do you love working with customers to drive adoption of SaaS solutions and ultimately ensure the customer realizes value from their investment and grows with you? The Customer Success department’s mission is to build, retain and grow our customers. We do this as a liaison for our valued customers to ensure they are set up for success.
Seeking a technically savvy and customer-centric contributor to join our Customer Success organisation as a Structures / Fabrication Business Advisor. This position will require a rare blend of product expertise, industry knowledge, business strategy, and best-in-class service to drive maximum platform value and adoption of solutions within our customer base.
As a Business Advisor (BA) you will work with Construction customers like designers, civil engineers, fabricators and contractors as a subject matter expert in BIM to develop a cohesive approach to utilising platform capabilities to achieve business will drive adoption and value realisation through deep product and industry expertise, technical advisory and product demonstrations to customers, on an as-needed basis. You should have a strong background in the Construction BIM solution domain with strong technical acumen, be highly customer-centric, forward-thinking, analytical, creative, detail-oriented and a team-player.
What You Will Do
1. You independently assist our clients with the implementation and use of our BIM products for building services (focusing on HLS) and effectively articulate the BIM product value. Help customers realise value from Trimble technology by providing deep product expertise with Trimble Nova (and optionally Trimble Stabicad), driving insights and ensuring technical success
2. Support the development of strategic use cases, adoption roadmaps, and recommendations to drive optimal product usage across a wide range of levels within customer organisation
3. Maintain audit processes and documentation to regularly assess client environments for optimal performance and make recommendations as needed
4. Support business reviews to decision makers and be perceived as a strategic trusted advisor
5. Identify areas of opportunity for additional products and services for the customer across platform features, professional services, training, etc.
6. Advocate on behalf of the customer across Trimble to ensure customer success
7. Effectively articulate the BIM product value within the context of Trimble Construction One
What Skills & Experience You Should Bring
8. You are a trained system planner, technician, or engineer specializing in building services (heating, ventilation, sanitation). Knowledge of CAD/CAE programs (HLSE ) is an advantage.
9. Track record of successful value delivery and client relationship development
10. Highly organised and able to work collaboratively across a matrix organisation to achieve results important to your customers
11. Capable of handling multiple ad hoc requests and rapid turnaround while meeting customer expectations
12. Ability to learn quickly, be a great teammate, and manage change effectively
13. Excellent executive level communication skills (oral, written, presentation) with ability to explain technical concepts
14. Language requirements: Fluent in German and English is mandatory
About Your Location
Ideally you will be able to adopt hybrid working (regular office attendance 2 to 3 times a week), ideally in our Raunheim (Germany) or Bodegraven (Netherlands) office. However, if you meet the language requirements and are based somewhere else in Germany or in the Netherlands, you are most welcome to apply too.
