Fixed term contract: Anaplan Implemenation Manager (m/f/d)
Your key responsibilities:
* Plan, coordinate and monitor implementation activities across the Division
* Ensure project deliverables are completed on time and within the respective quality
* Identify, escalate / mitigate, and resolve related implementation issues and facilitate the decision making on next steps
* Report progress and manage communication, act as a liaison between the project team in the UK, local / divisional management regarding the implementation
As a subject matter expert, be responsible for -
* Support/Prepare the data for the actuals Reporting (e.g. Chart of Accounts reconciliations, setup of organization – e.g. entities, cost/profit centers, customer, vendor, assets lists). Leverage existing setup in current reporting system.
* Forecast - organize the data request for upload to Anaplan, upload and validate, support with forecasting processes in Anaplan
* Proposing and building tools to execute process, creating process documentation, Build new dashboards / views to answer business needs, data validation, user training and support
* Perform Master data checks according to plan
* Manage ad hoc requests for the project
Your Profile:
* Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; advanced certifications (e.g., CPA, CMA) are a plus.
* Experience in financial planning, reporting, or project management, with hands-on Anaplan expertise.
* Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities to manage cross-functional projects, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.
* Ability to identify, escalate, and mitigate implementation issues while driving stakeholder alignment.
* Excellent liaison skills to coordinate between project teams and management.
* Proven ability to facilitate decision-making and provide user training and process documentation.
* Expertise in reconciling and validating master data (e.g., Chart of Accounts, entities, cost centers).
* Proactive in leveraging existing setups, building tools, and optimizing processes for business needs.
