We are looking for a Human Resources Business Partner for one of its client based in Luxembourg.
* 12 months contract (fixed-term contract or freelance contract)
* 3 remote days per week / 2 on-site days for luxemburgish resident workers
* Annual gross salary between 80 000€ and 90 000€
* English fluent is mandatory
As an HR Business Partner, you leverage your expert knowledge to collaborate closely with the HR Lead, HRBPs, and business leaders. Your primary focus be on delivering the HR calendar of people activities for the Supply Chain Management function and partnering with managers in a defined business area.
You provide HR advice, deliver the HR strategy, and offer generalist services across the HR function, including anticipating and planning for longer-term HR needs and trends in partnership with the business.
Working with the Learning Organization and HRBPs, you drive the learning and development agenda and develop a learning group to ensure relevant skills development.
You work with stakeholders to define Diversity and Inclusion priorities and create a roadmap aligned with the broader strategy and strategic pillars.
You proactively communicate project progress to key stakeholders, highlighting milestones and risks to ensure effective project and target delivery.
Additionally, you collaborate with the Multi-Cultural Inclusion Network to advance the diversity agenda, particularly around REACH and lead Women programs across Finance.
