Sales Executive Germany
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
* Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
* Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives.
* Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations.
* Respond to client queries and escalate issues as necessary.
* Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to identify and grow opportunities within territory.
* Monitor sales metrics (e.g., quarterly sales results and annual forecasts) to ensure alignment with business goals.
* Attend industry events and conferences to generate leads and stay abreast of market trends.
You will have:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field.
* Minimum of 5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the technology or SaaS sector.
* Fluent in German; proficiency in English is a must.
* Strong listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
* Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
* Able to work effectively in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
* Demonstrable experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
