Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and visionary leader to l ead the EMEA Electrical Markets by executing the global Division priorities and programs, drive end to end sales and marketing teams to sustainably grow the business. Key Responsibilities: Market Strategy Execution: Lead the EMEA Electrical Markets by executing global division priorities and programs, driving end-to-end sales and marketing teams to sustainably grow the business. Sales and Marketing Planning: Accountable for end-to-end area sales and marketing planning and execution. Sustainable Results: Deliver sustainable results in terms of both financial performance and organizational/people development. Marketing Operations: Own marketing operations, end-user, and sales organizations at division and area levels, driving local execution of marketing, channel business, and sales effectiveness programs. New Product Introduction (NPI): Execute relevant NPIs and identify opportunities in alignment with global plans. Integrated Business Planning: Chair monthly Area Portfolio and Demand Reviews; attend Global Division Management Review. Customer Strategy: Own customer strategy including segmenting customers, contribution, and commercial terms at region/country level. Key Account Relationships: Build and maintain top-to-top connections/relationships in major key end-user and channel accounts. Sales Organization Efficiency: Ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of the division sales organization, guaranteeing robust pipeline management and strong demand generation and closed-won velocity. Pricing and Profitability: Manage pricing and area profitability, translating pricing guidelines from the division for each geography. Market Voice: Relay market voice and business needs to the division Employee Engagement: Responsible for employee engagement and talent planning. Skills, Expertise & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Chemical or Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master preferred. Minimum of 10 years of experience in the electrical or construction industry, with a focus on market development and leadership roles. Proven track record of driving market growth and achieving business objectives. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strategic thinker with the ability to execute and deliver results. Proficiency in market analysis and financial management.
