The Regional On The Road (OTR) manager will maximize the OTRoperations and DA experience by leveraging operational andstakeholder relationships. They will be the custodian of DSP and DAexperience at station level ensuring they achieved the higheststandards around DA Engagement and create a ‘win-win' culturebetween Operations and the DSPs.
The Regional OTR managerwill be required to define the medium-term OTR strategy, whilstbeing able to lead and influence both internal and externalstakeholders to align both AMZL processes, goals and strategy'swith DSPs. They will take the lead in OTR capacity planning andwill be responsible for the OTR Ramp plans working closely with MEUcapacity team and the Business Coaches to ensure that DSPs achievetheir pool numbers. They will need to identify risk early and putin place contingency plans to solve Peak periods.
TheRegional OTR managers will coordinate performance improvementsacross the regions working closely with OTR ACES, OTR Safety andCommunity teams to implement best practice whilst putting the DSPexperience at the heart of the solution. They will own the RegionalOTR WBRs and will be required to work closely with the site DSMsand Delivery Ops as a trusted OTR SME partner helping siteoperations improve customer experience.
The Regional OTRmanagers will work in partnership with their regional BusinessCoach(es) to support the growth of DSPs within their stations andbe proactive in identifying issues and supporting the DSPs andremoving blockers so DSPs can achieve their fullpotential.
The Regional OTR manger will be required towork flexibly and will be required to travel between multiple sitesweekly to work with site leadership to carry out their roleeffectively. The role is field based aligned to up to 6 Last MileDelivery Stations plus associated nodes, so the role requires asignificant level of travel.
