* Requirements Management & Solution Design: Gather requirements from internal and external stakeholders, conduct gap analyses, and develop suitable solutions.
* Project Management & Resource Planning: Plan projects and resources, monitor progress, and proactively implement risk mitigation measures.

* Optimization & Automation: Develop ideas to improve project execution, identify automation opportunities, and implement efficiency improvements.
* Technical Support in the Sales Process: Assist the sales team with your technical expertise during the sales process.
* Coordination Between Global Teams: Act as the key point of contact between customers, internal technical teams in India and Munich, and external service providers.
Do what you got:
* Experience & Expertise: 9 to 15 years of experience in a technical-functional role with strong knowledge in EFT switching, ATM acquiring, debit and prepaid cards, POS acquiring, and terminal management.
* Technical Knowledge: Familiar with EMV/contactless technology, open API standards, and network certifications for ATM and POS terminals.
* Project Management: Proven track record in project execution and proficient in both agile and traditional (waterfall) methodologies.
* Communication & Presentation Skills: Excellent customer-facing communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Organizational Skills: Work in a structured and detail-oriented manner while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Language Skills: Fluent in English (written & spoken).
