The Director HR Communication & Change (m/f/d) is part of the People Strategy & Culture team within Fresenius Group HR. This role is responsible for designing, implementing and overseeing initiatives that support effective employee communication, engagement and organizational change. Working closely with HR leadership, this role will manage all aspects of HR c ommunications and change programs to ensure alignment with the organization’s values, mission, and business objectives. This role will also provide Group HR support for HR functional communication, as. Your assignments Develop, execu te and govern a comprehensive communication strateg y to keep employees informed, engaged and aligned with people-related initiatives and goals. Draft and distribute key messages, announcements and updates in a clear, consistent and engaging way across various channels. Collaborate with various stakeholders, such as HR COE heads, CHROs, HR team members, business leaders, and communication partners, to ensure all Group HR communications are consistent with the overall strategy and reflect the company’s vision, tone, and brand. Lead change management initiatives related to organizational transformation, process updates and cultural shifts. Design and implement change management frameworks including impact assessments, readiness plans and risk mitigation strategies. Develop metrics and KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of communication and change initiatives and provide regular insights to leadership on change adoption rates and communication effectiveness. Act as a change ambassador for the organization, a ssist managers and team members in developing skills for guiding their teams through transformation and change, and advise leadership on effective communication and change management practices. Provide support for internal HR communications as, e.g. CHRO memos, HR Town halls, HR presentations, etc. Your profile A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, MBA or equivalent preferred Minimum of 5 years experience in h uman r esources, communications, employee engagement, or change management Proven track record in managing change initiatives and creating internal communication strategies Proficient in communication channel strategies, tools, and platforms Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills Fluent in German and English (oral and written) with the ability to engage diverse audiences Mindesteingruppierung/Minimum Grading: AT
