Your tasks
9. Successful discussion of a highly innovative diabetes care portfolio with a special focus on our Continuous Glucose Monitoring for targeted sales maximization
10. Maintain existing customer relationships and acquire new customers for our products through routine customer visits according to targets (days in the field, visit frequency, etc.)
11. Prepare and support the launch of new products/technologies in the assigned territory
12. Support effective regional Key Opinion Leader (KOL) management
13. Development of measures (together with the line manager) to acquire and retain strategically important customers
14. Continuous market and competition monitoring
15. Implementation of product training events in the territory
16. Daily reporting via the CRM system as well as timely and accurate execution of all administrative tasks according to the specifications of the division or supervisor (team conference calls, e-mail communication, etc.)
Your profile
17. Completed studies in a business or scientific discipline or a comparable qualification
18. Alternatively, further training as a certified pharmaceutical sales representative (IHK) and/or diabetes consultant or nutritionist
19. Several years of demonstrably successful experience as a sales representative in the sales force of a medical technology/pharmaceutical or FMCG company
20. Ideally knowledge of the diabetes industry and local market conditions
21. High sales competence as well as communication and negotiation skills
22. Flexibility and strong active listening skills
23. Very good German and good English skills
