What you'll do
As a working student (f/m/d) for Team Communications & Operations in the Strategic Projects Team, you will support the team in communicating and presenting our projects and showcases. You will also support running operations processes.
In this context, your tasks will include:
* Creative conception, development and production of communications assets such as newsletters, blog posts and presentations to present our showcases/demos internal and external stakeholders
* Maintain the team’s internal website by e.g. creating an overview of the achievements and projects of our team
* Support the manager of the team with communications assets such as e-mails, reportings and presentations
* Organizing team events, meetings or workshops
* Support recruiting and onboarding processes e.g. creation of job postings, screening of CVs, scheduling of interviews, candidate correspondence, efficient onboarding of new colleagues
* You are also invited to explore and support other activities of our team and drive new ideas
What you bring
* Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences, preferred field(s) of study: Business Administration, Communications, Human Resources or related field
* Very good organizational and time management skills
* Excellent communications and writing skills internally as well as customer-facing
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
* Creative mindset and drive to execute new ideas
* Eager to learn about new technologies and to familiarize with new topics
* Flexible, able to adapt to changing environments and to prioritize tasks
* Fluent English and German language skills - both written and verbal
We are looking for a reliable, positive, open-minded and collaborative personality with strong team working skills, who is determined to reach goals in time, can work independently and prioritize.
Work Experience

By developing unconventional solutions, inspiring prototypes, and new products, we drive progress in the IT industry and bring the latest trends to SAP.
As a working student (f/m/d) for Team Communications & Operations in the Strategic Projects Team, you will be part of a technology-focused team that was built to help shape future generations of SAP software. Our team works on various projects coming directly from our executives and senior management. These projects range from short-term executive requests to mid and long-term collaborations with multiple other teams regarding future ideas for SAP’s business technology platform. They include, for instance, physical/virtual technology showcases and proof-of-concept solutions and demos of innovative development projects for strategic customers and internal stakeholders.
