Be part of a team of People Partners that support the Tech and Product organizations of Delivery Hero. From onboarding to leading teams, talent development to performance reviews, a People Partner is a trusted advisor and relationship builder with the business, driving agile solutions powered by strategic insights
1. Strategize Across Functions: You will partner with the rest of the People Business Partners + our COEs and your respective Business teams to create strategies, programs, and support processes that enable Delivery Hero’s employees to do their best work
2. Manage the Employee Journey: For your group, you’ll be responsible for supporting the entire employee journey as it ranges from onboarding to development to exit
3. Coach and Develop Leaders: You’ll coach managers and leaders in your respective business unit on a variety of people related topics such as Org Design, Talent Review and succession planning, Strategic Talent processes while working closely with various respective central of excellences (Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, People analytics) to enable the People Agenda
4. Lead Change Management: You are the change champion for your business unit, driving change management efforts and communication strategies for re-organisations
5. Promote Organizational Effectiveness: You’ll help leaders achieve org efficiency with healthy levels of eNPS, Attraction, Retention, D&I layers, and ROI
6. Leverage Data for Impact: Use data analytics and insights to make informed decisions and shape talent strategies that drive measurable results.
Qualifications
7. HR Experience (ideally with Product and Tech teams): Approximately 5 years in People Partner or HR roles with demonstrated business acumen and the ability to integrate people and business strategies seamlessly
8. Change Management: Able to navigate complexity and ambiguity while implementing successful organizational changes.
9. End-to-End HR Knowledge: A solid understanding of a variety of people topics including reward & recognition, career development, talent management, and retention strategies in global, matrixed organizations.
10. Data-Driven Decision-Making: Proficiency in analyzing data and identifying trends, with a focus on actionable metrics.
11. Exceptional Interpersonal Skills: A strong communicator and collaborator with the ability to build trusted relationships across all levels of the organization.
12. Labour Law Proficiency: Knowledge of German labour law and experience working with works councils in Germany would be a big plus
