Make your mark for patients We are looking for a Global Talent Partner & Project Manager who is strategic, collaborative, and results-driven to join our Human Resources team, based in our Germany office. About the role In this unique role, you will split your time equally between global talent management and project management. You will act as a strategic advisor on talent initiatives while also leading key projects that drive business objectives. Your work will shape our talent strategies and ensure successful execution of critical projects, fostering a high-performing and inclusive work environment. Who you’ll work with You will collaborate closely with business leaders, HR teams, and key stakeholders across global and local functions. Your role will be essential in ensuring alignment between talent management strategies and business goals, contributing to a cohesive and engaged workforce. What You’ll Do Partner with business leaders to provide expert advice on talent management, development, and retention strategies. Lead and implement talent initiatives, including hiring, onboarding, performance management, and succession planning. Drive diversity and inclusion efforts to cultivate an engaging workplace culture. Manage strategic projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely and effective execution. Develop project plans, define objectives, and coordinate cross-functional teams to drive success. · Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies. Interested? For this role, we’re looking for the following education, experience, and skills: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a master’s degree is a plus. Proven experience in HR Business Partnering and/or project management within global organizations. Strong understanding of HR best practices, talent development, and employee engagement strategies. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Knowledge of German labor laws and regulations. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels. · Fluency in English and German is required.
