We are seeking an exceptional Customer Success Team Leader to lead our EMEA team. This role is ideal for a seasoned experimental physicist with hands-on quantum computing experience and a proven track record in leadership. The ideal candidate will combine deep technical expertise with the ability to drive customer success, ensuring an outstanding customer experience to our EMEA customers. As a leader, you will mentor and guide a team of highly skilled experimental quantum physicists and collaborate closely with our EMEA customers. During your onboarding, you will actively engage hands-on as a Customer Success Physicist, gaining firsthand experience in customer environments, including installations and technical support. Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor a team of PhD- and MSc-level experimental quantum physicists Hire, onboard, and train new team members to support rapid team expansion Manage the CS resources at EMEA, including assigning installations and customers to the customer success physicists based on their skills and capacity Drive customer satisfaction and adoption, ensuring a world-class experience with QM solutions to our EMEA customer base Engage directly with customers, participating in technical discussions and installations Working closely with the CS director, CS operations and other managers of the CS organization to develop the organization Optimize integration and implementation of QM’s quantum control systems Travel across EMEA as required to support your team members and strengthen relationships PhD or MSc in Quantum Physics. 4 years of hands-on experimental quantum physics experience. 3 years of leadership experience, managing technical teams. Experience with qubits (big advantage). Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. Customer-first mindset with a passion for driving successful quantum computing experiments. Travel frequently across EMEA. Strong Python programming skills. Proficiency in English
