Key Responsibilities:
1. Accountable for customer satisfaction through quality of service and precise communication
2. Accountable for equipment safety and performance
3. Accountable for selling service repairs
4. Accountable for the sales lead volume, quality, and further processing of sales leads
5. Accountable for resolving customer service quality complaints
6. Accountable for resolving customers invoicing complaints related to maintenance operations
Service Operations:
1. Accountable for the end-users, the sites and the technicians safety
2. Accountable for the delivery of service according to the service contract requirements, the time limits, the KONE quality standards and the local regulations
3. Accountable for the control of the field operations costs and CMII
4. Accountable for callouts and service repairs sales
5. Responsible for proximity stock content & value
6. Accountable for managing the third party inspections visits and follow-up actions
7. Validates the service contract technical terms with the salesperson
8. Accountable for supporting the maintenance of any foreign equipment coming into the LIS base
9. Responsible for helping the KC3 solving technician callout assignment conflicts (priorities)
10. Accountable for solving and closing the open callouts and reacting in case of stopped equipment and/or safety issues
11. Accountable for reducing the callouts in his area
12. Accountable for reviewing callout and service repairs invoices that are not automatically invoiced
13. Accountable for the timely completion of the planned maintenance visits
14. Accountable for the planned maintenance scheduling and optimized routing
15. Responsible for performing site audits
16. Responsible for investigating accidents and following company policy on evidence custody and internal reporting
17. Responsible for the control and authorization of overtime
18. Accountable for the performance of his assigned technicians
19. Accountable for maintenance technicians motivation and competence development
20. Accountable for determining and checking technicians performance objectives
21. Accountable for communication to his technicians
22. Accountable for managing technician absences and back-up, and callout technician scheduling
23. Accountable for technician timesheet validation prior to payroll
24. Accountable for equipment assignment to technician and technician workload balancing
25. Responsible for defining the technician capacity need and for the technician hiring and selection process
26. Accountable for defining, authorizing replacement, managing technician’s tools, vans, phone/PDA and instruments
