Requirements Serve as the payroll SME, providing leadership and expertise across all payroll processing functions. Define the project’s technical and functional direction and ensure alignment with implementation goals. Translate strategic payroll requirements into clear directives, standards, and operational procedures. Lead SAP Payroll projects, including incident resolution and change request management. Analyze, document, and improve payroll-related business processes. Solve complex technical challenges within the payroll application environment. Deep understanding and hands-on experience with German Payroll and German labor and tax laws. Strong SAP HCM development background, particularly in SAP ABAP debugging. Expert-level knowledge of SAP payroll schemes and rules, including development and optimization. Extensive expertise in all areas of payroll, including post-payroll activities. Strong experience in customizing SAP Payroll. Proven ability to lead payroll-related projects and support customers in resolving issues. Experience in analyzing and documenting payroll processes with a focus on compliance and efficiency. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and stakeholders. Experience optimizing both business processes and technical system configurations for improved performance and compliance. Fluency in German and English.
