THE JOB
Our Region Europe media team is seeking a (Senior) Executive with a passion for managing multiple projects and stakeholders across European markets. You have strong organizational and structural skills, are deadline-driven, and thrive in a dynamic media environment.
As a people person with a positive mindset, you can organize, steer, and influence both internally and externally. You enjoy client interaction and excel at collaborating with global, cross-functional teams at all levels.
YOUR EXPERIENCE
* 2–4 years of experience in a media agency
* Strong marketing skills and a solution-oriented mindset
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across European teams
* Team player with passion and strong communication skills
* Structured and disciplined approach to work
* Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools
* Professional-level English and German skills
YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
* Independently steer, support, and manage diverse projects
* Assist lead teams in preparing presentations, meeting protocols, and facilitating discussions
* Actively engage in client relationship management
* Monitor and coordinate internal and external workflows, serving as a bridge between the agency’s central teams, European agencies, and the client
* Support in client briefings, project scoping, workflow monitoring, scheduling, and budgeting
* Experience with project management tracking tools is desirable
