Your knowledge to design, advice, configure systems and sell & manage programs, will help define ‘industry and product’ leading transformation programs. Your responsibilities: Functional Consultant should demonstrate Source to Contract and/or Procure to Pay knowledge with deep hands on consulting background around Procurement transformation in SaaS and ERP implementations. As a Stream lead takes responsibility for Mobilization and Design project phase. Acts as a Trusted Advisor, candidate should be able to consult clients with complex business problems in Sourcing and Procurement - ability to acquire, absorb, and apply complex business knowledge to problems quickly. Determine client needs and demands and turn them into a logical and technical business model that can be achieved through the Ivalua Platform. Leads and documents the outcomes of the design workshops with the client, making sure that the design matches Ivalua Platform capabilities and best practices, while delivering highest value to the client. Advises the client on alternative solutions/functionalities that may best fit their business requirements. Ensure Ivalua Platform usability in line with client requirements and the company’s best practices. Client facing role, mainly with senior client stakeholders – activities include interacting, communicating, presenting and aligning with executive sponsors, leadership and other decision makers at the client. Internally, helps grow the Procurement Transformation practice including elements such as, marketing strategy, partner development and maintenance, content development and planning, and proposal development. In depth knowledge of below listed domains is important for the success of the role: Sourcing Contract Management Supplier Performance Management Supplier Risk Management Procurement to Pay Invoice Management Requirements At least 3 years of proven experience and very strong process knowledge within Procurement area. Fluent command in German and English both spoken and written. Some travel may be necessary (20%). Knowledge and experience deploying eProcurement solutions. Ability to do Process GAP analysis and lead workshops with Business and Process Architects. Expertise in documenting business requirements into design document. Strong communication skills and assertiveness to work with business counterparts globally, strong analytical & problem-solving skills and an eye for detail. Critical thinking and leadership skills to be able to negotiate client requirements, identify process improvement opportunities and creating best practices in S2C and P2P processes. Ability to operate effectively both autonomously and within an international team. Familiar with project management tools Experience in Ivalua system design, including users, org structure, finance data, etc. will be an advantage. Experience in Ivalua workflow design to reflect the underlying business processes will be an advantage. Experience with SAP, Oracle or other ERP systems will be an advantage.
