We offer exciting projects at our renowned customer Airbus Operations and we are looking for a motivated employee for the position "Process Quality Manager" (m/f/d).

Your tasks:
* Ensure consistent application of process management guidelines in line with EN9100 standard
* Ensure process referential (Competences, Resource Models, Documentation Plan, Process networks, Deployment Areas) is up to date, managed and continuously improved
* Support proactively the Process Management Teams to manage the process referential and continuously improve the Process maturity
* Ensure that any process change received is well addressed by checking the consistency of the process changes and their associated impacts
* Collaborate with local and central Process Management Teams to improve Airbus Business Process management
* Assure Process adherence implementation and effectiveness by controlling the progress and adherence results collection
* Assure quality of Process deliverables and Process Surveillance Plan
* Check process resources, performance indicators, surveillance plan, compliance
* Prepare Process Maturity assessments by ensuring that all the process maturity criteria are fulfilled by the processes
* Monitor action plan follow-up, Risks and Opportunities
* Ensure Best Practices and Lessons Learnt integration in our ways of working
* Ensure systemic root cause analysis on our top irritants by applying quality management methods e.g. PPS, 9S, Pareto, Five-Why, Ishikawa
Your profile:
* Completed studies in the field of aerospace, economics or a comparable qualification
* More than two years of professional experience in the field of aircraft construction, project management, quality management and manufacturing engineering
* Good knowledge in Total Quality Management
* Knowledge of quality management methods such as PPS, 9S, Pareto, Five-Why, Ishikawa
* Knowledge of Google Workspace
* Fluent in English and German
