Responsibilities:
1. Strategic alignment of the GIT / GIB organisation at KLM and KLx
2. Intensive and regular contact with the contact persons in the KL companies
3. Coordination of MBOs with the locally responsible sales force and their superiors
4. Offer and carry out training activities on a regular basis for the locally responsible sales force
5. Plan the budget (manpower, investments, material expense and special projects) on the basis of the planning objectives
6. Optimal use of existing human resources geared towards focal topics and efficiency
7. Promote innovation and product developments in a growth-oriented way
8. Define and develop further key, global and large accounts contributing to disproportionate growth
Qualifications:
1. Degree in Engineering or Business & Engineering or equivalent expertise skills acquired in several years of practice
2. Experience in the mining industry, either:
1. Selling into the mining industry, ideally mobile equipment
2. Maintenance / Reliability / Engineering / Operations role in mining company
3. Ability to navigate and influence within matrix organization (strong lateral leadership skills)
4. Ability to influence key stakeholders at global HQs of customers
5. Willingness to drive sales through lateral leadership
6. Balanced mix of technical and commercial understanding, strong business acumen
7. Excellent English both orally and in writing
8. Intercultural background or international work experience
9. Lateral Team leading capability in a matrix organization
10. Willingness to travel worldwide 30 – 40%
