Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Housekeeping Manager to join our team at KWA Parkstift Hahnhof in Baden-Baden. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our housekeeping department, ensuring that our facilities are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee the management of housekeeping staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluation
* Develop and implement housekeeping policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
* Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and effective communication
* Manage budgets and resources to ensure efficient use of facilities and equipment
Requirements:
* Minimum 3 years of experience in housekeeping or facilities management
