Location: Munich, Germany (Hybrid – 50% Home Office) Contract Duration: 12 months, possibility to extend About the Role As a Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in planning, executing, and optimizing integrated marketing campaigns that generate demand and pipeline for the sales team. You will work closely with internal teams across Sales, Pre-Sales, Partner & Alliances, and Global Marketing to align campaigns with business objectives and ensure high-impact results. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, enjoys both strategic planning and execution, and is passionate about marketing innovation. You will be based in Munich and report to the Director of Marketing Germany. Occasional travel will be required. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute integrated demand generation campaigns across inbound and outbound channels to engage target audiences. Collaborate with Sales teams to align marketing strategies with business goals and support pipeline generation. Plan and manage digital and in-person events to strengthen brand presence and drive lead engagement. Identify and develop new marketing opportunities based on market trends, customer feedback, and sales insights. Manage campaign budgets and timelines, ensuring effective resource allocation. Optimize marketing content and assets for the local market, ensuring relevance and impact. Analyze campaign performance using Salesforce, Tableau, and other tools, and provide actionable insights. What You Bring Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. At least 5 years of B2B marketing experience in a High-Tech or SaaS company. Proven experience in campaign development and execution across multiple channels. Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. Excellent communication skills in German and English (written and spoken). Knowledge of digital marketing strategies, demand generation, and marketing automation tools. Experience with Salesforce and Tableau is a plus. Understanding of the Services Industries, CFO Persona, and German Mittelstand is beneficial.
