As an Enterprise Sales manager, you will be responsible for acquiring pan-European operating accounts. Working from Germany to expand sales on German headquartered accounts.

Key Responsibilities-
1. Contribute tomeetingSales goalsandEUrevenue growth targetsfor the assigned account set.
2. Establish initiatives and processes to maximizeassigned account potential.
3. DefineEurope-wide Accountplansfor assigned accounts(prospects/customers).
Key tasks-
4. Achieve growth revenue and sales target by managinga set of Globaland regionalaccounts
5. Winand expand contracts with assigned prospects and customers,
6. Design and implement a strategy towin and grow these accounts
7. Facilitateregional salesto plan, win and grow businessfor the assigned accounts
8. Build strongrelationshipswithkey stakeholders, preferably at director level and above.Customer DMU (Generalmanagement, Finance, HR, IT, Fleet management)
9. Keeping update market knowledge for the current regionsand market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
10. Ensure correct follow-up and communication ofthe global account plan.

18. Worked with Enterprise accounts in a multi country multi-level environment.Companyowning large fleetsexamples, DHL, Falck,G4S, Ecolabetc;
19. Demonstrated ability to work in a multi-cultural and country environment;
20. Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
21. Abilitytoaffectand influence stakeholders;
22. Analytic and strategic skills, sense of priority, long term planning
23. Committed to continuous education through workshopsand trainings;
24. Resilient,independent,and self-reliant: work autonomously with little supervision;
