Job Summary
Manages a team of sales representatives who meet sales targets through telemarketing, direct mail, and web-based sales strategies.
Job Requirements
* Executing organizational sales strategies; monitoring the performance and operation of the inside sales team.
* Planning, monitoring, and appraising the results of the inside sales team and providing consistently accurate sales forecasts.
* Keeping current with the evolving healthcare market; providing sales and marketing guidance and coaching within department.
* Maintaining relationships with each department within healthcare organizations; identifying potential business requirements and actively assisting with large or complex inside deals.
Education
IC - Typically requires a minimum of 12 years of related experience.Mgr & Exec - Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience.
