Your Job
1. Proactively contribute to the continuous and risk-adequate development of the Munich Re (Group) Compliance Management System (CMS) as a whole to ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including its documentation
2. Conducting risk assessments, monitoring measures and reviews and providing their methodology
3. Ensure internal and external reporting requirements
4. Norms management
5. Further simplification and automation/digitization of compliance processes as well as the introduction of appropriate tools.
6. Promote a culture of compliance excellence, in particular through the development of targeted group-oriented communications and modern, interactive training
Your Profile
7. University degree (law, business administration or equivalent)
8. At least 2 years of compliance experience
9. (Re-)Insurance or financial services background with knowledge of the respective regulatory environment is a plus
10. Strong conceptual, analytical and structured thinking skills, as well as a pragmatic approach and strong implementation skills
11. Project management experience
12. Affinity for technical issues and IT solutions
13. Team player with an integrative personality combined with a high degree of personal commitment, ability to cooperate and work in a team
14. Strong communication and intercultural competence
15. Fluent in German and English
