Responsibility:
* Strategic Support: Provide high-quality analytical reports and decision support materials to the Chairman of the Global Strategic Development Committee, assisting in the development and implementation of strategic plans. Participate in the planning and execution of important projects, drive project progress and ensure goal achievement. Track industry dynamics and market changes, providing professional advice to support committee decisions.
* Committee Management: Assist the Chairman of the Global Strategic Development Committee in organizing and coordinating meetings, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. Prepare meeting agendas, record meeting minutes, and follow up on the implementation of meeting resolutions. Manage committee documents and archives, ensuring the accuracy and confidentiality of information.
* Internal and External Communication: Serve as the primary liaison between the committee and internal and external parties, ensuring timely communication and feedback. Handle daily communications for the Chairman and relevant members, coordinate relationships between departments, and ensure smooth workflow. Organize and arrange high-level external communication events to maintain company image and interests.
* Editing and Coordination: Responsible for drafting and editing the committee's internal and external documents, including announcements, reports, press releases, etc. Coordinate and execute the committee's publicity efforts, enhancing the company's reputation and influence within the industry.
* Arrange other tasks assigned by the Committee Chairman.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree or above, with a preference for majors in management, law, public relations, etc.
* 5+ years of experience in administrative management or senior secretarial work, with preference given to candidates with experience in large enterprises or multinational companies.
* Excellent organizational and time management skills, with extensive experience in meeting organization and coordination, capable of working efficiently in high-pressure environments.
* Proficient in English, with excellent listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills;
* High professional ethics and confidentiality, trustworthy, proactive, responsible, and capable of solving problems independently.
