Plan and manage the local Employee Services digitalization roadmap and budget in close relationship with global Employee Services, HR, and IT-HR.
Take ownership and accountability, providing support and assistance to local Employee Services and HR teams on tool requests and projects.
Manage projects and change initiatives, including actively managing stakeholders across Employee Services, IT, and HR.
Technical skills and understanding of HRIS systems (SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, ProTime, SAP).
Knowledge of the legal framework around data protection and works council consultation.
Project management skills and knowledge of methodologies and tools to manage complex projects.
Strong analytical skills and data affinity.
Fluency in English.
