Youll play a pivotal role in scaling operations at this ground breaking facility, which will be powered entirely by renewable wind energy. We aim to set high standards for hiring, retention, and employee well being. This role focuses on building operational HR, consolidating and adapting processes, systems, and policies from Sweden to comply with German labour law. As the factory looks to grow to 3,000 employees, we must prepare for key operational areas such as collective agreements, work councils, and union relations. As a greenfield company, we have the opportunity to establish equal representation and pay from the start. Youll collaborate closely with other People & Growth teams, including Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, HR Ops, HRIS, and Payroll. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to: Drive, implement, and improve all HR processes together with corporate functions, including onboarding, offboarding, compensation & benefits and learning & development Play a key role in our People & Culture projects, e.g. annual growth & performance management cycle, health & safety, and employee engagement activities Support our external payroll provider with monthly payroll and expense management processes Design and implement policies that drive positive employee experience Continuously improve HR Reporting and Analytics to support informed business decisions Minimum requirements: A relevant bachelors or masters degree within HR, Business, Psychology, Education or similar Successful track record of scaling HR operations in a fast growing environment Experience in the industrial/manufacturing industry or in a start up would be beneficial Good knowledge of employment law and labour law in Germany Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken Knowledge and experience of payroll and HR systems would be a big plus Experience working in a diverse, multi cultural environment would also be preferred Sounds like a great fit?
