As a BSR,you will provide key beneficiary education and enrollment servicesfor the TRICARE Overseas Program (TOP) under the Defense HealthAgency (DHA). Your work will help ensure that TRICARE eligiblebeneficiaries receive the healthcare services and support theyneed. What Youll Do: Multi site Coverage: Travel 25 75% of thetime based on need for coverage. Floaters could potentially travelanywhere within the EA region to include Bahrain, Belgium, Germany,Italy, Spain, and the UK. Verify Benefits & Enrollment:Process enrollments, disenrollments, portability transfers, andmore via systems like Defense Online Enrollment System (DOES) andMHS Genesis. Primary Care Manager (PCM) Changes: Follow MilitaryTreatment Facility (MTF) guidelines to make individual and batchPCM updates. Education & Customer Service: Offer guidance onTRICARE resources, benefits, enrollment, and claims, assistingbeneficiaries both in person and over the phone. ClaimsAssistance: Provide basic claims status updates and support. Conduct Briefings: Lead informational sessions for various eventssuch as in/out processing, maternity, andpre separation/retirement. Data Management: Collect and recorddaily activities and Other Health Insurance (OHI) info intoapplicable systems. Assess & Escalate Issues: Evaluate thelevel of assistance needed and refer or escalate complex issues asneeded for proper resolution. Compliance & Confidentiality:Comply with all HIPAA regulations, maintain confidentiality andproper handling of Protected Health Information (PHI), and completeLeidos and other training courses on time. Collaborate &Support: Assist with remote support, train new team members, andother duties as assigned. Basic Qualifications: High Schooldiploma or GED, or equivalent years of experience U.S.Citizenship SOFA/Command Sponsored status as a dependent of anActive Duty Service Member, DoD employee, or U.S. Contractorsupporting the DoD Eligible to obtain and maintain ADP IT IIIclearance (Non Sensitive Position, Tier 1) 3+ years of customerservice experience Willing and able to travel to multiple sites25 75% of the time Essential Skills: Fluent in English withstrong written and oral communication Proficient in MicrosoftOffice (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Effective at deliveringpresentations Ability to tactfully communicate with others, bothin person and on the phone Self starter, able to workindependently and wit
