Under the leadership of the Director of Customer Success, the Digital Transformation Specialist will serve as a strategic advisor for our manufacturing clients. If you have experience in the manufacturing sector and hands-on expertise in roles such as Operations Managers, Continuous Improvement Manager, Maintenance Manager, Production Manager, Team Lead, Training Manager/Specialist, HSE Manager/Specialist, Quality Assurance, Project Manager, or Digital Transformation, and you’re passionate about driving Poka’s client’s digital transformation objectives - this opportunity is for you What You’ll Do Own and manage the digital transformation process of a portfolio of manufacturing Poka customers - driving adoption, maximizing value, and supporting growth. Advise clients on their digitalization and continuous improvement (CI) journey, helping them build and execute their digital transformation plans. Lead internal CI initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the Customer Success & Digital Transformation team. Build strong relationships as a trusted partner for our manufacturing customers, providing expert guidance on use cases and product functionality. Ensure a seamless customer experience by managing both internal and external stakeholders effectively. Drive account growth by identifying and building growth opportunities with your clients. Optimize customer engagement by challenging current Poka usage and introducing new ways to maximize our tool. Track and document customer successes by ensuring clear visibility into adoption and impact. Speak the customer’s language - your manufacturing background allows you to position use cases and workflows effectively. What You Bring 1-10 years of experience in a manufacturing environment (we’re able to train/develop your skills in customer success and digital transformation). What is important is that you understand how a factory works and have basic knowledge of the multiple department roles. Knowledge of Lean, TPM, and IWS principles (a plus). Exceptional communication skills in German and English - you’ll be engaging with multiple internal and external stakeholders. Strong relationship-building skills and a customer-centric mindset, but please note, this is not a sales position Communication and being able to consult our customers' transformation objectives are key. Ability to identify growth and build opportunities with your clients.
