Your new job includes
As a member of our People & Services teams, you will be the contact person for a defined support area in all technical and administrative HR-related matters.
In particular, you will
* carry out payroll accounting for your area of responsibility and prepare employment contracts, references, certificates and other relevant documents
* act as an interface to the tax offices and ensure smooth data exchange
* advise and support employees on the subject of maternity and parental leave
* contribute your experience in tax law (LSTAM/tax returns/tax law)
Preferred Profile
* Completed commercial training and further training as a personnel specialist
* Confident knowledge in the above-mentioned field and several years of professional experience
* Very good knowledge of SAP HCM and MS Office and experience with time management systems
* Good written and spoken German and English skills
* Hands-on mentality, quick comprehension and a very structured, analytical and independent way of working
