About the division The Clinical, Medical and Regulatory (CMR) division at Novo Nordisk is one of the most diverse and collaborative groups within the company. From interacting with healthcare providers, to developing and implementing regulatory strategies, to medical education and collecting data to support efficacy and new product development. The position Support the Vice President Clinical, Medical & Regulatory by preparing and conceptualising business strategies and decisions as well as their implementation and follow-up. In addition, your tasks include: Ensuring the coordination, implementation and communication of CMR-relevant targets and processes, including their follow-up Planning, preparation and tracking of the CMR budget Independent creation and coordination of presentations for the VP CMR Planning and implementation of digital solutions to optimise the transfer of information regarding medical insights, KOL targeting etc. within CMR and with the relevant commercial functions Coordination of meetings Qualifications Completed studies with a focus on Economics & Business Administration and/or medical/MINT specialisation Master's degree is an advantage First professional experience in a comparable role in the pharmaceutical sector, preferably in an international corporate environment Project management skills Media / digital expertise Understanding of the German pharmaceutical business and the legal framework in the German pharmaceutical environment Good knowledge of English and German (Basic) scientific knowledge Also desirable: strategic thinking, analytical understanding, cross-functional cooperation, strong communication skills and organisational talent.
