The State General Manager (GM) at Entyre is a demanding role that requires operational expertise, grit, intelligence, and leadership. What You Need
This is an operational role. Responsibilities include hiring top nurses, streamlining administration, and quickly onboarding clients to Medicaid, waivers, or AAAs. Each state presents unique challenges, which you will solve with local initiative. You will oversee clinical teams, recruitment, customer support, and partnerships, maintaining high quality while driving growth. This role combines analytical skills with creative problem-solving. What You’ll Do
* Hire and lead a top-tier clinical team—nurses and support staff who deliver excellence.
* Reduce onboarding friction—rapidly connecting families to Medicaid, waivers, or local programs.
* Navigate state regulatory environments and turn compliance into an advantage.
* Represent Entyre with local stakeholders—clinics, agencies, media when needed.
* Communicate state-specific needs to HQ and collaborate with tech to address pain points.
* Share effective strategies to accelerate growth in other states.
* Drive FAMILY SIGN-UPS—convert every lead provided by HQ.
What You Need To Bring
* 3+ years in operations management
* Strong data analysis skills and sound judgment
* A proactive, problem-solving attitude
* Healthcare or caregiving operations experience is a plus; Medicaid expertise is a bonus
* Networking skills to open doors with clinics, regulators, and others
* Tenacity, entrepreneurial spirit, and a fearless attitude
