The EU Sort Center (EUSC) Process Excellence team is seeking a highly skilled and motivated member as a Process Expert- Visuals and Engagement to help develop a world class middle mile process that delivers goods on time at the best cost. This position will support Amazon transportation and drive operational excellence and project management across the entire EUSC network. A successful candidate will have experience managing large and complex projects and extreme bias for action needed in a startup environment. The role requires approximately 15% travel within EU. Key job responsibilities - Design and roll out standardized site entrance modules across ATS to align to the six tenets of Safety, People, Customer, Innovation, Sustainability and Community. This will involve designing the 'look and feel' of the site entrance and providing all the resources for roll out. - Work with Operations Internal Communications (OIC) team to educate operational associates and senior leadership on the vision, mission and overall standardization effort by providing the site resources in the form of Start of Shift briefs, announcements, and engagement corner materials. Partner with OIC to measure the impact on communications and identify opportunities to improve. - Integrate communication and engagement standard work activities into the correct under the roof standard work role. - Launch and manage a standardization engagement and communication program, EU ATS All- STAR 'Standardization To Achieve Results'. This will involve planning engagement activities across the EU ATS network to promote the standardization program. - Engage other Amazon business units globally to share best practices and improve end to end outcomes for Amazon customer. Basic Qualifications - A degree in business, communications, marketing or similar field - Relevant experience working in a communications projects, project management or management consulting role - Relevant experience in project management or management consulting including handling multiple ongoing projects - Relevant experience of communicating with a wide range of stakeholders - Fluency in English Preferred Qualifications - Experience in digital marketing and branding - Experience leading large scale communications events and programs Amazon is an equal opportunities employer.
