【Job Responsibilities】
1. Develop and implement creator's marketing strategies based on goals to enhance the brand's influence and achieve the expected marketing effect;
2. Research the Internet celebrity ecosystem, explore hot content, discover creators and agencies that are consistent with brand positioning, and establish cooperative relationships;
3. Manage and maintain existing creator's resources and suppliers, and maintain good communication and cooperation with creators. Responsible for reviewing the content outlines, scripts, and videos of the creator's project
4. Monitor the effectiveness of creator's activities and conduct regular data analysis and feedback;
5. Coordinate cross-department teams to ensure that creator's marketing activities are consistent with other brand marketing activities
6. Regularly summarize data and continuously optimize and improve celebrity marketing plans based on competing product dynamics and strategies.
【Qualifications】
1. Bachelor's degree or above in marketing, media or related majors, overseas life or study abroad experience is preferred
2. 3-5 Years of work experience, overseas creator's promotion experience is preferred, experience in consumer electronics and other industries is preferred
3. Familiar with Germany market's social media platforms, interested in and understanding overseas content marketing and local culture
4. Good written and communication skills in English and Germany;
5. Good at celebrity expansion and cooperation, strong business negotiation and communication skills;
6. Good cross-department collaboration and communication skills, good logical thinking and marketing thinking;
7. Good at data analysis, strong self-driving ability, able to adapt to a fast-paced working environment.
